School lunch is a critical component to student health and well-being for all students, but especially for students in lower income homes. School lunch helps students have the nutrition they need throughout the day to learn. Research shows that school lunch participation help create healthy food habits, while helping decrease obesity rates and poor health.

Milk is served with each meal both breakfast and lunch. The choice includes an 8-ounce serving of: 

  • 1% Chocolate Milk, or 
  • 1% White Milk, or 
  • Non-Fat White Milk

Juice includes a 4-ounce serving of:

  • 100% Apple Juice, or
  • 100% Grape Juice, or
  • 100% Orange Juice
