Curriculum & Assessment
Our curriculum documents and adoption material recommendations are accomplished through the work of our individual content matter curriculum teams which include teachers, administrators, Board members and volunteers. Once a team makes its recommendations, the curriculum standards and materials must be approved by the Board of Trustees.
All documents are available on this site and many are available in the Lincoln Administrative Building. The title of each content area below is the link to that content area's complete and adopted curriculum documents (in PDF format). Individual grade level guides include the Elementary Curriculum and the Secondary Curriculum.
Curriculum Leadership Teams currently working on updates to their curriculum standards include Career & Technical Education, Fine Arts, Health Enhancement and Library Media/Information Literacy. Additionally, the District is working on implementation of the Montana State Content Standards in English, Language Arts and Literacy (ELA) and Mathematics. Staff are encouraged to login to the District's Google Site for Curriculum to view links to the working documents for our active curriculum teams.
