The Lewistown Public Schools have for many years utilized Annual Reports to document and summarize the work of it's schools, activities and departments. In addition to keeping a historical record on each year, this practice of developing our annual reports are a part of the normal review and evaluation process as outlined in Board Policy 6440 which states that:
"An annual report covering the diversified activities of the school system and the administration’s recommendations for their improvement will be prepared by the Superintendent and presented to the Board as soon as possible after the close of each school year. Upon Board approval, the report will be made available to the public and used as one means for informing parents and citizens, the state education agency, and other school districts in the area of the programs and conditions of the District."
