Central Montana GoogleFest

The first-ever Central Montana GoogleFest will be held at Fergus High School in Lewistown on Monday, January 18, 2016.  225 educators from across Montana will participate in the event with attendees learning about using Google Apps for Education.  They will chose from over 30 sessions taught be Google Innovators and education leaders from across Montana.

Lewistown Public Schools is partnering with Beyond the Chalk and the Roundup Public Schools to host the 2016 Central Montana GoogleFest.

GoogleFests are part of a growing educational movement to share informative sessions designed to help educators improve the use of technology in the classroom by using Google Apps for Education.  Google Apps for Education is a cloud based set of applications that enables teachers and students to communicate, collaborate, and create.  Google Apps for Education has seen explosive growth since their introduction in 2010 and as of today have over 500 million users.
